We like to get the nuts and bolts first hand, by interviewing the main stakeholders. But we don't quote them word-for-word. We make what they say sound even better and even more believable. It takes an intuitive and experienced copywriter to add that kind of value. You're looking at one!

The best advice a client ever gave us was to: "Keep it real." The art of good business writing is all about saying what you want to say, but saying it in a way people can understand, relate to and warm to. That's why we prefer to write more like people speak.
Worst advice.
The worst advice a client ever gave us was to: "Avoid clichés like the plague." There’s nothing wrong with using the occasional cliché and simple analogies to overcome complexity. In fact, it’s the best way to position you as a friendly and approachable organisation.
